To develop skilled and knowledgeable football players through a holistic, sustainable
and structured development program that prepares them to compete effectively year in, year out, and to position them to capitalise on opportunities post high school whether in football or educationally.

football players into professionals in all aspects of life.
Program Objectives 2020-2024
Define, establish and communicate a standard Football Philosophy across all age cohorts and grassroots.
• Create an e-database of all participants.
• Increase stakeholders via social media platforms such as, You Tube, Instagram, Facebook.
• Introduce the use of video technology to assist with our coaching methodology.
• Launch a website to provide greater interaction with persons and stakeholders globally.
• Matriculate a minimum of 10% of our participants to professional football.
• Improve the fundamentals of all participants with regards to Ball Mastery, Technique Intelligence and Tactical Awareness.
• Launch the Social Responsibility Program and drive the partnership between Private & Public Sector along with the Academy.

About Us
Joga Bonito Academy is the development football arm of Joga Bonito Turf Limited. Joga Bonito Turf Limited are the owners and operators of the first artificial turf in the Portmore Community. It is located at Sonrise Square Plaza, Braeton Parkway, Portmore, St. Catherine.
The Academy program is designed to develop young participants (boys & girls) under the age of 19 years old in a wholistic way that will give them competitive advantage in the world of football.
Our coaches employ a heavy dosage of technical and skill training for each participant and combine it with a fast-paced tactical game which enables the various teams to play at a high level.
The model is to find players with the right attitude to training and ones that show great work ethic and desire to improve their current level each term.
