Program Offerings
– A fun filled environment for kids 4 to 12 years of age to develop the fundamentals within the game.
– Participants are introduced to the philosophies of ball mastery and basic technical skills.
– Participants benefit from being in small groups and individual coaching.
– This is offered primarily on Saturday’s to the participants.
– The program is monitored by the Grassroots Coordinator and executed 2 Academy Coaches and 2 Coaching Assistants.
2. Kickstart Summer Camp
– The Camp is a weekly program offered during the period July – August for kids 12 years and under.
– Participants are placed in small pods of 6 – 8 to facilitate individual work with the camp coaches and volunteers.
– Participants are assessed at the end of each week by the coaches.
– Participants are presented with certificates of participation upon completion of the prescribed program.
– The Program seeks to continue the participants’ development in Ball Mastery, Advance Technical Skills and introduction to physical training.
– Introduction to small sided game play for their appreciation of the role and function of all the general outfield positions (Defense, Midfield and Forward).
– Participants are selected from this group to participate in local and international tournaments that form apart of the assessment process.
– Participants are assessed twice for the year.
– Participants are encouraged to partake in social activities throughout the course of the year as a part of their holistic development plan.
– Elite Technical Program for participants (continued work on Ball Mastery and Technical competences).
– Tactical sessions that focuses on improving spatial awareness and decision making.
– 7v7; 9v9; 11v11 game play situational sessions.
– Player assessments and evaluation (identifying best fit position for individual).
– Participants are encouraged to partake in social activities throughout the course of the year as a part of their holistic development plan.

– Participants are paired based on initial assessment of their technical level with the gloves.
– Emphasis is also placed on improving technique in catching, blocking, throwing, deflecting and agility for
participants.
– It includes lots of mental exercises to help concentration levels between the sticks.
– Participants are encouraged to participate in the ball mastery and technical sessions with their age group cohorts.
